Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped with DHL, USPS, Asendia, OnTrac, DPD or Deutsche Post.

Processing Time
We require 1–2 business days to process and prepare your order before shipping. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders below €100: a flat shipping fee will apply (calculated at checkout).

  • Orders of €100 or more: Free Worldwide Shipping.

Delivery Times

  • Germany: 2–4 business days

  • European Union: 5–15 business days

  • Worldwide: 10–30 business days (maximum 4 weeks and 2 days depending on destination and customs).

International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide. Please note that shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays Disclaimer
While we always aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, unforeseen delays (e.g., customs inspections, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions) may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

Failed Deliveries / Return to Sender
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, refusal of receipt, or absence of the recipient, DHL will return the package to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Returns & Refunds
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of delivery. If you choose to return your item(s), you will receive a full refund once we have received the returned products in their original condition. Please contact us at [your email/contact] before returning any items.

Tracking
